Sashimi knife
Traditional Japanese sashimi knife. Used to make very thin slices, particularly of fish, the knife is made from treated stainless stell in my forge and then polished and finished with a plum wood handle. The blade is 9 inches long and the handle is 6 1/2 inches. All knives are signed by me and have a wren logo branded in to the handle. These knives are all handmade to order, but they are occasionally in stock if I am trying new designs, or the mood has taken me to make some.
